Refund policy

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Items are available for a refund, in the form of a store gift card, unless noted in the item description. A gift card to Cosmic Butterfly in the amount equal to your purchase will be issued to you within 7 days of the return being received, as long as the item is not damaged or worn (except to try on). The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. Refunds to your debit/credit card or other form of payment can not be issued. If the returned item is found to be damaged or worn beyond trying on, the return will be voided and the buyer will be responsible for the costs of shipping back the item.

EXCHANGES

Items are available to be exchanged for other items of equal or greater value, unless otherwise stated in the item description. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the item, and may need to make an additional payment if the new item costs more than the old item.
